The Charles Darwin Foundation for the Galapagos Islands (CDF) is an international non-profit organization that provides scientific research, technical information and assistance to ensure the proper preservation of the Galapagos Islands.

To apply, send the application and supporting materials to the Volunteer and Scholarship Programme at the CDF. Include the following information: - The application form - A cover letter stating - A Curriculum Vitae, including an e-mail address if possible - Volunteer Application (MS Word format) - Passport size photograph - Academic record and a copy of university degree - Medical certificate stating that the volunteer is in a good state of health - A statement of the volunteer's understanding of the conditions and cost - Three letters of recommendation with email contact addresses - Additional material that may be useful in identifying a suitable opportunity for the volunteer at the CDRS - If selected, a copy of life and health insurance policies

Most positions require English proficiency~ and basic Spanish skills.
